The actor will star in the next movie Kannur Squad, which is being directed by Roby Varghese Raj.

Cinematographer Roby Varghese Raj makes his directing debut with this movie. Muhammad Shafi and Rony David Raj are the writers. Mammootty has a serious expression in the Kannur Squad first look poster. Four individuals are also seen searching in the poster.
