This is not only a huge achievement for the film’s crew but also the Indian Cinema. In an interview, actor Ram Charan, who is in the US promoting his film RRR ahead of the Academy Awards in 2023, discussed how he would feel if the famous song Naatu Naatu from RRR ended up winning the Oscar.

He stated that he would not believe it and that it would be incredibly meaningful for all of India. Ram Charan spoke about RRR's popularity and its rise in an interview with a News channel and how the song Naatu Naatu became popular around the globe. Ram Charan’s reply when he was asked what he would exactly feel if Naatu Naatu won the Oscars, "I don't think I'll believe it. They definitely need to wake me up and tell me to go get it. Push me onto the stage. I'll be the happiest. It won't be just our success, in my opinion; it will be the success of our Indian film industry. No one of us can claim credits.

RRR and Naatu Naatu’s roar around the world

The film RRR, which is directed by ace filmmaker. SS Rajamouli, features the song Naatu Naatu, which has been nominated for an Oscar for Best Original Song.
