She is on social media detox and is prepping up for her role in Russo Brothers' Citadel. She is training in martial arts as a part of her prep.”

In the movie, she appears as an angelic avatar who is the talk of the town for all the right reasons. Samantha is also speculated to be a part of Salman Khan starrer No Entry's sequel. She has also been paired opposite Varun Dhawan in Russo Brothers’ Citadel, which is helmed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK.
