Shruti Haasan and Chiranjeevi to come together for KS Ravindra’s Mega 54
Superstar Chiranjeevi is currently gearing up for his next release Mega 154. Shruti Haasan, who was last seen in the Amazon Prime series Bestseller (2022), is set to play the female lead alongside Megastar Chiranjeevi in filmmaker Bobby's upcoming film.
On Women's Day, the film's team announced the news on social media, sharing photos of the actor and director welcoming Shruti aboard with flowers. The film's crew called her the 'Mega 154 Maguva,' and they appeared pleased to have her on board. Chiranjeevi wrote, “On this Women's Day, delighted to Welcome you on board shrutihaasan You bring Woman Power to #Mega154
Mega 154 marks Haasan's second film with Mythri Movie Makers, following NBK107, an actioner starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, and her first with Chiranjeevi. The Indra (2002) actor was ecstatic to have her as part of his new project's ensemble.
The film is currently in the early stages of production and is touted as an action entertainer with commercial aspects. The project's director is KS Ravindra. In collaboration with GK Mohan, Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar are producing the film.
Mega154 will include Devi Sri Prasad's music and Arthur A Wilson's photography. The editor is Niranjan Devaramane, while the production designer is AS Prakash. The screenplay for the film was written by Kona Venkat and K Chakravarthy Reddy.
