Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming pan-Indian film ‘Liger’ is set to break records. After a successful and grand trailer launch, the film has garnered even more buzz. This sports drama film starring Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday is much anticipated by fans.
To celebrate the success of the trailer, the actor Vijay and producer Charmme Kaur met up for a fun evening. Sharing a glimpse from the evening the producer wrote, "Celebrating the success for THE TRAILER OF THE YEAR #LIGER...Much more excitement ahead Stay tuned guy." In the picture, the actor is sporting a pink T-shirt and the producer donned black and golden attire.
In a recent interview, the actor opened up about his character in the film saying, "My character in the film has a stammering problem and that made it more interesting. On one hand, he is the guy who is physically so strong and intimidating to others, he is a fighter, but he can't even utter the simple three words 'I love you' to the girl he loves. It added both subtle humour and an emotional layer to his character. Initially, when we started shooting, I was struggling to get the right note, but after three days, everything was easy."
The cast for the film stars Ananya Panday as the leading lady alongside Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, and Mike Tyson in pivotal roles. Fans are eager to see this ensemble on the big screen and only have to wait till the 25th of August this year.
