Aneri Vajani quits Anupamaa to participate in Khatron Ke Khiladi; has no intention of returning
Rupali Ganguly, Gaurav Khanna, and Sudhanshu Pandey starrer Anupamaa (2020) is one of the most popular television shows of all times. Aneri Vajani plays the supporting character Malvika in the same show and has received a lot of recognition for her acting skills. Vajani is, however, no longer a part of this daily soap and has shot her final episode ten days ago, with minimal chances of returning to the show to reprise her role.
Aneri has opted to leave the show permanently because her character no longer has enough room to grow. The actress confirmed her exit in an interview, saying that when she narrated the role of Mukku, she saw the character's potential, and that's what excited her.
The 28-year-old actress, on the other hand, took a sabbatical from the show and her character vanished from the storyline till the wedding of Anupamaa and Anuj.
Vajani went on to say that when producer Ranjan Shahi teased her about her return, she replied, "Par ab khatam ho gaya hai and there is no scope of coming back to the show. I have been a part of Anupamaa and Anuj’s pre-wedding rituals. Maine saari rasme nibha lee bas shaadi mein nahi rahungi. I will enjoy the wedding from Cape Town.”
Aneri is looking forward to facing her fears on Khatron Ke Khiladi 12, which will be her first stunt-based reality show. Beyhadh (2016), Kaali- Ek Punar Avatar (2012), and Crazy Stupid Ishq (2013) are among Aneri's most popular shows.
