Anuj Sachdeva keen to play a cop in a streaming show
Actor Anuj Sachdeva needs no introduction. He has played several exciting characters in a number of television shows over the years. However, one character that he always wanted to play and is still waiting to come his way is that of a man in uniform.
Sachdeva is currently seen on Star Bharat’s Woh Toh Hai Albelaa, which has received great response from the audience. The actor is now keen to explore television and OTT place simultaneously. Icing on the cake would be the role of a cop!
“I want to play a cop, an officer in uniform, basically do an intense, performance-oriented role which has been my forte as an actor,” Sachdeva told a publication.
Sachdeva made his OTT debut in 2018 with Bin Bulaye Mehmaan 2. Talking about the same, he said, “Bin Bulaye Mehmaan Season 2 was offered to me at a time when I had no experience in the digital space. Shitty Ideas Trending was known for its comedy web series and I was keen to collaborate with them. Mohit Hussein directed the show and I enjoyed being a part of it as it helped me evolve as an actor.”
