While MC Stan was announced as the winner of this season who took home 31 lakhs cash and a car, Shiv Thakare, his close pal was declared the runner-up. Though many Bigg Boss fans wanted Shiv Thakre to win the show, at the end of the day the trophy went to the famous mandali group. After joining the Bigg Boss bash on Monday which was hosted by Farah Khan, Shiv has now returned to his hometown, Amravati. He was warmly and royally welcomed by the people of his hometown.

To welcome their boy, Shiv Thakare's home was adorned with balloons and floral rangolis. People busted crackers on the road, there were dhol tasha groups playing music, and fans rushing behind Shiv’s vehicle. This truly shows how much he has won the hearts of audiences around the nation.
Shiv Thakare got more votes than Priyanka Chahar Choudhary
One of the game's most powerful players was Shiv Thakare. On the show, he served as Mandali's leader. Although his best friend MC Stan won Bigg Boss Hindi, Shiv Thakare genuinely wanted to take home the prize. However, he received more votes than Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and finished second.
