Bigg Boss 16: Salman Khan to receive a staggering Rs 1000 crore for hosting the controversial reality show?
One of the main reasons Bigg Boss is one of the most watched reality shows in India is because of its equally well-liked host, Bollywood actor Salman Khan. Bigg Boss has been hosted by Salman Khan for the previous 13 years. People are excited for the 16th season of Bigg Boss to premiere on television. Salman Khan will host the show once again, like he does every year.
As Bigg Boss 16 approaches, a growing list of celebrities whose names are anticipated to appear as contestants in the controversial house is emerging.
Now, as per recent update on the fresh season of BB, Khan has hiked his fee. The Tiger 3 actor has reportedly demanded a sum of a whopping Rs.1000 crore! Moreover, it appears that he hasn't had a successful hike in recent seasons. Therefore, he is determined this time or he won't be hosting the season. A source close to the development was cited saying, “Salman has asked for a three-time hiked fee considering that he hasn’t got a big hike in the past few seasons and this time he is adamant that until he doesn’t get a hike he won’t be hosting the show, though there is no confirmation on the same.”
Salman Khan may receive a total compensation of Rs.1050 crore for hosting Bigg Boss 16 if these reports are confirmed, as his salary for Bigg Boss 15 was roughly Rs.350 crore.
