In a recent episode, host Salman Khan slammed Archana Gautam and Vikas for their statements about her housemates during her fight with them. Archana Gautam and Vikas Manaktala were called to the confession room and informed that neither makers nor the reality show supported any such discriminatory remarks on anyone. After the ugly fight between Archana and Vikas, the National Commission for Scheduled Castes sought action against Vikas for his remark on another contestant Archana. The legal notice has been issued to the Maharashtra Government, state Police Information and Broadcasting Ministry, Endemol India Private LTD, Viacom 18 Media Pvt Ltd, and colors TV, which the commission said action had been taken on the information received through social media.
