On social media, a video of Shiv Thakare revealing his new car has gone viral. On Instagram, a paparazzi posted the same video. The post's caption said, "#shivthakare Shiv thakrey was spotted by our team today in Andheri, Mumbai. Seems like he is going to buy a new car!!"

After buying two used cars, Shiv remarked during media interactions that getting a new SUV was a major thing for him.
"Maybe everyone has been wondering why I am making such a big deal over my Harrier purchase, but buddy, when you buy a new car after purchasing two used cars, it is a huge event for that guy. And to top it all off, if it's yours, it's a huge deal. For me, it's on par with a Mercedes or a Ferrari, and my outlook is similar to that of a previous Ferrari. All of this was made possible by Bappa, so I'll be going to Siddhivinayak for darshan," he remarked.
