Ekta Kapoor keen to cast Tejasswi Prakash in Naagin 6?
According to reports, content czarina Ekta Kapoor is set to cast Bigg Boss 15 contestant Tejasswi Prakash as new naagin in Naagin 6. A source in the know informs a publication that Prakash is most likely to be the face of Naagin 6 and the logistics are being worked upon currently.
Naagin has been one of the most popular supernatural revenge dramas on Indian television. Several TV actresses, including Mouni Roy and Surbhi Jyoti, have played the titular role in the past and touched newer heights of popularity. It seems, now it is Tejasswi Prakash’s time to play the hit character.
The source goes on to add that the makers of Naagin 6 are currently waiting for Bigg Boss 15 to end in two weeks for Prakash to come out and discuss the offer with her. Meanwhile, the makers have already roped in Ridhima Pandit and Maheck Chahal for the upcoming season. By roping Prakash, they are trying to pull off a casting coup of sort, it seems.
Tejasswi Prakash has previously starred in such successful shows as Swaragini - Jodein Rishton Ke Sur, Pehredaar Piya Ki, and Karn Sangini.
