Ekta Kapoor ropes in Cezanne Khan for her next?
According to reports, content czarina Ekta Kapoor is set to launch a slew of interesting projects soon. The promos of her two upcoming shows – Parineeti and Naagin 6 – are already out and have received a rousing response from the audience.
The latest we hear is that Kapoor is religiously working on a new show, which may land on Sony Entertainment Television. And if reports are to be believed, the makers have approached seasoned actor Cezanne Khan to play the lead role.
A source close to the development informs a publication that while talks are on with Khan, nothing is finalized yet.”
Cezanne Khan rose to prominence with the iconic character of Anurag Basu on Ekta Kapoor’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay, which has attained a cult status over the years. After staying away from the limelight for several years, the actor made a grand comeback with Colors' Shakti: Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki. He replaced Vivian Dsena as Harman on the show.
