'Fans will see me in a very unique avatar in Appnapan – Badalte Rishton Ka Bandhan,' says Cezanne Khan
Cezanne Khan, who became a household name after playing the iconic character of Anurag Basu in Ekta Kapoor’s successful show Kasautii Zindagii Kay opposite Shweta Tiwari, recently made his acting comeback with Rashmi Sharma Telefilms’ show Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki.
The actor is now gearing up for the launch of his next show Appnapan – Badalte Rishton Ka Bandhan. Set to air on Sony Entertainment Television, the show also features popular TV star Rajshree Thakur in the lead role.
Khan seems quite psyched up about his character in the upcoming show. He says that it is going to be different from all the characters that he has portrayed before in his career. “This is a very different role. Fans will see me in a very unique avatar. Honestly, I have not done this kind of a role before,” he said.
The actor went on to add that he really loved the script of the show. “Generally, as actors, if we get something different, we will try it out. It is a break from the monotony and gives us a lot of satisfaction,” he said.
Talking about his co-star Rajshree Thakur, Khan said, “Well, personally, I did not know Rajshree, but I had seen her performance and she is a fabulous actor. I was happy to meet her. The entire cast and crew of the show is brilliant.”
