Is Urvashi Dholakia set to return to TV with Ekta Kapoor’s supernatural revenge drama Naagin 6?
If there is one supernatural revenge drama which has managed to catch audiences’ fancy in the recent past, it has to be none other than content czarina Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin. Made under the banner of Balaji Telefilms, the series has already aired five seasons on Colors and the launch of the sixth season is round the corner.
While the makers continue to keep mum on the cast of the show, we hear that popular television actress Urvashi Dholakia, who became a household name after playing the iconic character of Komolika on Ekta Kapoor’s long-running show Kasautii Zindagii Kay, has been cast to play a prominent role on Naagin 6.
If the news turns out to be true, Naagin 6 will mark her return to the small screen after a long gap of four years. She was last seen on Nach Baliye 9 in 2019. However, her last fiction outing was the daily soap Chandrakanta — Ek Mayavi Prem Gaatha, produced by Balaji Telefilms.
As per reports, Urvashi Dholakia will be seen in a completely new avatar in the upcoming supernatural revenge drama.
While the promo of Naagin 6 is out, fans are now waiting for the makers to raise the curtain on the primary cast of the show. Several actors’ names are doing the rounds, but there is no official confirmation on who has been cast.
