Kamya Punjabi leaves behind an envelope with one lakh rupees at a pani puri stall in Indore
Kamya Punjabi, a popular TV personality and a politician, recently attended an event in Indore. While she enjoyed her visit, she had a nightmare when she misplaced an envelope containing Rs 1 lakh. The actress went to a popular street food joint in the city and misplaced the envelope.
The actress told a news outlet that she was on a work trip but couldn't resist trying out the city's street food. She said, “I had an envelope with me which had 1 lakh cash in it. So, I kept it aside on a table in his shop while I was eating.” The former Bigg Boss contestant claimed that she became so engaged in her meal that she completely forgot about her envelope.
When she realized her mistake, she requested a friend to accompany her to the location. She was upset and "kept hoping that I would get it back," she claimed. The actress expressed her gratitude by saying she kept thinking about how fortunate she would be if she received the money back. Luckily, the owner of the restaurant had kept the envelope intact.
Kamya expressed her delight at the find, saying, “Something like this happening is so amazing and surprising. I think the people of Indore are really nice.”
