NEW SHOW ALERT! Veteran actor Ravi Jhankal makes a comeback
An exciting time for Indian television. Veteran actor Ravi Jhankal is all set to make a comeback to the industry with a brand new television show. The actor will be witnessed playing a pivotal role in 'Udti Ka Naam Rajjo'. The phenomenal actor will be part of a story about a mountain girl and a gentleman who changes her life completely. The show will see Celesti Bairagey as the lead opposite Rajveer Singh. Her name might be familiar as she recently headlined for her photographs where she shares an acute resemblance to Alia Bhatt. Hence fans of the star call her Alia Bhatt's real-life doppelganger. Indeed there are a million ways to meet fame. Coming to Ravi Jhankal who is no newbie, the seasoned actor and alumni of the National School of Drama, Delhi has completed over five thousand! Television episodes and over eighty films. After a long break, the actor has chosen the show 'Udti Ka Naam Rajjo' for his comeback.
Speaking to a news portal about the show he shared "I'm very happy to be a part of 'Udti Ka Naam Rajjo' which has a unique concept of fulfilling a young athlete's dream. My character is going to be a very loved and respected one, especially by 'Rajjo'. It is interesting to play my character 'Keshav' because I have so much in common with him. When you get a chance like this, it creates a strong belief in your character and I have it. As the show goes on you will get to see many layers unfold for each character. This is what attracted me to the storyline. Television is a great place for me, as I get to learn something new each day. I'm going to enjoy being back on television and portray my character on Star Plus's 'Udti Ka Naam Rajjo'."
The show is set to launch on the 22nd of August and revolves around the story of a young girl who has a natural gift for athletics. Actor Ravi Jhankal plays a reluctant hero who saves the girl from the gallons of death. It will be interesting to see how the two journey from this strange meet-cute.
