Sakshi Tanwar reveals shooting on the sets of Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2 felt like homecoming
Sakshi Tanwar as Sheel from Netflix’s latest streaming show Mai will soon cross paths with Priya (Disha Parmar) and Ram (Nakul Mehta) from Sony Entertainment Television’s Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2 next week. The recent promo of Ekta Kapoor’s show suggests that Sheel will help Priya get out of a challenging situation.
For the uninitiated, Tanwar played the original Priya in the first season of Bade Acche Lagte Hain. The actress, who recently shot with the cast of Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2, shared her experience of returning on the sets of the show.
“Shooting on the set of Bade Acche Lagte Hain felt like homecoming to me. In a first, the audience will witness a crossover from OTT to television. It is interesting and engaging the way this episode has been scripted. My character, Sheel has been roped in to help solve the piece of a puzzle that Ram and Priya are struggling with. I felt a perfect synergy between the two narratives and I am hoping the audience enjoys this cameo,” the actress told a publication.
Sakshi Tanwar’s Mai is currently streaming on Netflix.
