Sriti Jha gets eliminated in Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 ; Fans express disappointment
In the 16th episode of Khatron Ke Khiladi S12 saw one of the most popular and loved contestants on the show get eliminated. Sriti Jha became the latest contestant to exit the show after she failed to complete an elimination stunt, in which she had to go up against Jannat Zubair.
In the most recent episode of the stunt based reality show saw Sriti and Jannat having to complete a stunt that required them to collect flags from two high platforms, having to traverse between another suspended platform in between. While Jannat was able to successfully complete the stunt, Sriti found herself having a hard time starting, eventually choosing to not do it.
Host Rohit Shetty said he considered Sriti one of the strongest contestants on the show, and expected her to make it to the finale. Speaking about her experience on the show, Sriti said that she had tried to do the stunts to the best of her abilities, and considered herself ‘lucky’ to have been given the chance to do a lot of chopper stunts. She spoke of how much she learnt from the show, and expressed elation to have met Rohit Shetty. The actress went on to say that she would regret not attempting the stunt that got her eliminated. She also appreciated her co-contestant Jannat for her performance.
Netizens took to social media to voice their support for Sriti. Fans expressed disappointment at the elimination, saying that Sriti deserved to reach the show’s finale.
