For around 15 years, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal portrayed Roshan Sodhi in ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’. The actress accused Asit Kumarr Modi, Sohail Ramani, and Jatin Bajaj, the film's producers of sexual and psychological assault. There have been erroneous allegations that she claimed to have a sexual relationship with the producer Asit. Jennifer Mistry, an actor from ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’, alleged in her complaint that Asit Kumarr Modi had harassed her sexually. The
actress claimed that many people had commented on how she looked, which frequently made her feel uneasy. She has already clarified the situation and
refuted claims that the actress and producer had a sexual relationship. According to her, Asit Kumarr Modi has only spoken vocally. She criticises media outlets for amplifying and promoting her accusations. She asks that the media refrain from making unfounded assumptions and damaging someone's reputation.
Jennifer Mistry, who is not in Mumbai, questioned Asit Kumarr Modi, Sohail Ramani, and Jatin Bajaj about their silence from April 8, 2023 to May 8, 2023 while speaking to the news wire agency. She questioned why they had been silent about her lack of discipline and inappropriate actions on the sets up until her version of the story was published in the media. On April 4, 2023 they received a draft from Jennifer, and they immediately accused her of extorting money from them. She sent the legal notification, which is presently being investigated, on April 8, 2023. The three of them came forward after the matter was reported to the police on May 8, 2023. She claims she is not doing this for financial gain and rather wants them to apologise. Her comment is once
