In the previous episode, Sikander turned Malini into a werewolf, and with Aaliy's chanting, he began the process of becoming a mahish-bhediya. When Armaan arrives at the scene and requests Sikander to release Malini, a struggle breaks out amongst the lads as Malini transforms into a bhediya.
The change of Sikander begins in the future episode, as Eisha collapses because Sikander bites her and her condition begins to deteriorate. Eisha is choked by Sikander. As they stand up, Armaan and Veer attack him. They are pushed aside by Sikander. Mehak harnesses the abilities of her forefathers.
Aaliy alerts Sikander to get up under the shadow of the moon and Aaliy begins chanting as a result of which Sikander starts turning into a werewolf. Subsequently, Sikander, Armaan, and Veer get into a heated argument, and Daksh shows up to intervene and save Armaan and Veer.
