His favorite fruits for the summer season are melons, cucumber, and yogurt. Of course, Just like every Indian, Dheeraj loves mangoes too. How can anyone miss mangoes as everyone eagerly waits for mangoes in the summer season, right? They are not only high in nourishment but also eliminate toxins from your body. You can add cauliflowers, tomatoes, and sweet potatoes to your diet and play with different recipes.

Dheeraj adds “summer season brings a lot of heat that affects your mood as well. If you are not nourished in a proper manner then it affects your life as well. So I make sure to be calm and eat a lot of nourished high water contained food to keep myself cool. I drink almost 6 liters of water a day to keep myself hydrated, especially when I’m shooting outside. My dinners are always light like a salad with fresh juice.”
