In celebration of the festival of lights, Sonam Kapoor and her husband Anand Ahuja organised a party.
After the birth of her son Vayu in August, she had never celebrated Diwali before. The actor wore a white ethnic attire along with pearl earrings and a pearl headpiece. On Instagram Stories, her friend and fellow designer Masaba Gupta posted a photo of her at the event.
Masaba captioned the image, "Pretty Sonam Kapoor." For the camera, the actor is seen grinning widely. She furthermore took selfies with other visitors.
It appears that the white and green colour scheme was used for the star-studded party's visitors.
Janhvi Kapoor wore a white lehenga to the party while her cousins Shanaya Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor wore green lehengas. Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor's girlfriend, also dressed in a green attire with a yellow cloak for the celebration. The event was also attended by Ananya Panday, Aditya Roy Kapur, Bhumi Pednekar, Varun Dhawan, Tiger Shroff, and Kriti Sanon.
Sonam shared a sneak peek of her outfit for the Chhoti Diwali celebrations earlier in the day (Diwali eve). She had uploaded a video that provided a close-up view of her cream lehenga and scarlet dupatta. Along with that, she wrote in Hindi,”
