Actor Tabu, unfortunately, suffered a cut right above her eye while shooting for an action scene for Ajay Devgn's ‘Bholaa’.

Tabu needs no introduction. The fine actor has given one of the most critically acclaimed works in Hindi cinema. Recently she reunited with Ajay Devgn for the upcoming film ‘Bholaa’. The two were last seen together in the Malayalam film remake ‘Drishyam’ with the same title. Tabu in the upcoming film is playing a fearless, high-ranking police officer in Ajay Devgn’s action extravaganza ‘Bholaa’, nearly missing a major injury while performing a dare-devil stunt. This film will see the actor perform major stunts. 


According to sources, Tabu was reportedly driving a truck in a dense jungle. The truck was being chased by some motorcycle goons. Unexpectedly, one of the bikes racing rapidly alongside the truck collided. Shattered glass cut Tabu above her right eye. The medical team on set shared, “The injury is minor. She will not be needing stitches on the gash”. 

Ajay Devgn, a stunt master himself and the son of a renowned action director was hands-on about the situation. He called for a short break, allowing the actress to rest till she gained her composure.The film ‘Bholaa’ will mark the fourth film Ajay has directed. His recent work was seen in ‘Runway 34’. The upcoming film is slated to release in March 2023.
