Filmmaker Tanuja Chandra’s latest outing Qarib Qarib Singlle starring Irrfan Khan and Parvathy is exceptionally refreshing. It is fun, light-hearted and supremely humorous! Irrfan and Parvathy’s stellar performance and chemistry is the highlight of the movie. Also, the interesting script is a plus. Overall, the film has received a positive review from the audience as well as the critics.
The comedy-drama with a pinch of romance started on a slow note. The film made Rs. 1.75 crores at the domestic front. However, the trade experts expect the film to do take off well during the weekend due to its positive word of mouth.
The movie has an interesting story and the lead pair is just exquisite. Irrfan Khan is not intense but hilarious in the film and Parvathy who debuted in Bollywood via this film is just perfect for the role!
