(Minor SPOILERS) Fans of the Original Six Avengers were thrilled to see the words "Thor will return" on the concluding slate of Thor: Love and Thunder. Chris Hemsworth would like God of Thunder to have a conclusion of his own given that Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Captain America (Chris Evans), and Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) all have their hero finishes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe with Avengers: Endgame.

Chris Hemsworth gave a frank interview to Vanity Fair in which he answered the million-dollar question. Hemsworth hinted by admitting he's unsure if he'll reprise his role as Thor in the MCU and that he'd have more to say if the public wants to hear it. Chris mentioned that they usually do when it was brought out to him how Marvel had promised more Thor at the conclusion of Thor: Love and Thunder. The Avengers star disclosed that when it comes to resuming his role as Thor, "Look, if there is something special, novel, or unexpected to do with the character or the setting, I'm wholly up to it. I've always cherished the encounter. I have been quite grateful that I have been able to accomplish something new each time."

Contrarily, Jeremy Renner most recently portrayed Hawkeye/Clint Barton alongside Hailee Steinfeld's Kate Bishop in the Disney+ series Hawkeye. As of right now, it is unknown whether the Marvel Cinematic Universe will introduce more Hawkeye.

During the interview, Chris Hemsworth was asked if he gets the following question all the time: "How do I get ripped like Thor?" The 39-year-old actor admitted that he does, as the questions also vary between how do I lose weight and how do I get more muscle. Or even just people wanting to change. Chris also laughed on how in the Avengers: Infinity War trailer, the only Avenger with pounds was Thor.

Chris Hemsworth admitted that playing a role as demanding as Thor can be: "Of course. It's draining. As far as needing time to mend, you get a free day. It's equally crucial." Hemsworth elaborated, saying the drawback is that after the first meal, when you've consumed all those pastries and pizza, you wind up feeling "horrendous." Chris therefore plays it "He's gotten a little wiser about cheat days: "It becomes a cheat meal now just because I typically don't feel great afterwards.
