Talking to BollywoodMDB about what he eats daily to maintain his fitness, he said, I am following a diet at the moment which is as per my workout schedule, I intake very little carbohydrates and more protein. I balance my diet depending on my that day’s schedule. Eat a lot of veggies and fruits, protein as per my requirements, and so on.”
Dheeraj enjoys going to the gym. In an interview, he stated that he prefers a gym workout over yoga. And his fit, toned, and muscular body is proof of that. Dheeraj often posts pictures on Instagram flaunting his chiseled abs and heavy biceps.
After quitting ‘Kundali Bhagya’, Dheeraj Dhoopar last appeared on the Colors Tv show ‘Sherdil Shergill’. He was paired opposite Surbhi Chandna. The show recently went off the air and ever since then, Dheeraj has been enjoying some quality time with his family.
