Police commissioner Dev Pratap Singh unintentionally plunges Farhan into rage and violence, as he witnesses death of his father in a peace protest. Corrupt politician Latif adds fuel to Farhan\'s anger, by making him kill Dev for his personal motives, but Dev survives.
