Storyline

A serial killer known as 'Common Man' (Sumeet) is released free and proceeds to murder 17 independent women who support empowerment. The government-hired Special Forces are terrified because he has also slain their covert spies. Only one person remains in charge of catching the murderer. It is Durga (Radhika).
