2018 is going to offer many biopics to the audience, but the one that almost everyone is waiting for with bated breath is Soorma . Based on the life of legendary Hockey player Sandeep Singh Singh's life journey, the film stars Diljit Dosanjh and Taapsee Pannu in lead roles. While Dosanjh will be seen in the titular role of Sandeep Singh, Taapsee plays her wife. Today, the makers of the keenly-anticipated movie announced the release date of the movie. Directed by Shaad Ali, Soorma is all set to enter cinemas on 13th July, 2018.
