The Fukrey Gang is back! After teasing with posters of Bholi Panjaban and the Fukrey guys, even general fans of Bollywood were intrigued to know what the sequel has to offer. And finally, team Fukrey released the first teaser of Fukrey Returns , and judging by the initial impression, yes, it will be a kickass comedy of the year! Just see it yourself!
Although it was expected that, the sequel would be a continuation of the plot where it was left in the prequel, but writer Vipul Vig added more flavor in the film and its characters, which substantially raises the entertainment value, even compared to prequel! The teaser itself opens with an epic introduction of legendary ChooCha, who can predict future more precisely than Nostradamus, Baba Vanga and Paul the Octopus and it also goes further to explains his Deja Choo.
Many things stand out to be right, as, in the Fukrey, four teenagers met at one place and bound to face a situation as individual and strangers to each other. But in Fukrey Returns , that bond of friendship seems to have evolved into a gang. And more interestingly the iconic character of Bholi Panjaban will be back from Tihar Jail, pumped with the vengeance to avenge her motives as she landed in there because of Fukrey gang and now it will be payback time.
Fukrey Returns follow the same star cast of Pulkit Samrat , Varun Sharma , Ali Fazal , Manjot Singh , Vishakha Singh , Pankaj Tripathi , and Richa Chadda with the addition of Sayani Gupta. The film is directed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba and produced by Farhan Akhtar , Ritesh Sidhwani in association with Fox Star Studios. The film is set to be release on Dec 8th this year!
