Actors John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee will reunite after 5 years for an untitled film which will be helmed by screenwriter and director, Milap Zaveri . The duo together was last seen in 2013’s film, Shootout At Wadala , and now, they will collaborate for yet another action thriller. The film is tentatively titled Raakh and it will be jointly produced by Nikkhil Advani ’s Emmay Entertainment and Bhushan Kumar ’s T-Series. The movie will roll from 5th March 2018 and will be released in the second half of 2018.
In an earlier interview with a leading daily talking about the film, Nikhil had said, “It’s a very tight script which revolves around a cop and a murderer. I can’t reveal who between the two is playing what but they are both very powerful characters and a dark thriller is a genre I haven’t explored before. We are looking forward to the shoot.”
Talking to a leading portal, Nikkhil had earlier said, “This is the film that I am producing for Milap Zaveri who is the director. The tentative title is Raakh. John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee are coming together for this film which would go on floors in February and should wrap by April. We would be locking the studio soon and make an announcement within next 10 days.”
As both, Manoj and John got busy with their upcoming films Aiyaary and Parmanu respectively, Milap’s film got delayed but now, the shooting will finally commence from next month and will get wrapped up in the coming 2-3 months.
