Whether she won the show or not is a different story, but nobody can deny the fact that Shamita Shetty won millions of hearts with her fair and transparent game on the recently concluded Bigg Boss 15.
It is no secret that participating in a show like Bigg Boss can mentally affect even the strongest of minds and Shetty is no exception.
Talking to a journalist, the actress said, “I wouldn’t say I am 100% back to my life out here. You know what I mean? It’s taking some time. And I didn’t realize this. When I was around a lot of people, I would feel very strange and unfortunately for me, my birthday was in a few days, so I had to see a lot of people but I wanted to run away.”
The actress added that her anxiety level increased a lot inside the Bigg Boss house. “My anxiety level increased a lot inside the Bigg Boss house and I already had anxiety issues, so it’s definitely something I am dealing with.”
The actress also revealed that she is seeking professional help from a therapist after coming out of Bigg Boss 15.
