Actor Karan Kundrra has finally fulfilled his dream of owning a luxurious house in Mumbai. The actor recently bought an apartment in Bandra worth Rs 14 crores. The 4BHK apartment, located in the most upscale area, is a stunning property now owned by the television heartthrob.

As per reports, the flat bought by Karan Kundrra is located on the 12th floor of a building named '81 Aureate' in Bandra. Karan has reportedly paid Rs 14 crore for the apartment, which commands an expanse of 5238 square feet.

While the amount is certainly jaw-dropping, the amount of stamp duty paid for the purchase is also unbelievable.

The Mubarakan (2017) actor paid a stamp duty of Rs 81.81 lakh when the apartment was registered in his name on the 13th of May 2022.

On the personal front, Kundrra is dating TV actress and Bigg Boss 15 winner Tejasswi Prakash and the duo are being touted as the 'Power Couple' of Indian television right now. While fans can't seem to have enough of them, the actors are enjoying all the attention, praises, and love that's coming their way.

Meanwhile, Karan was seen as the Jailor on the reality show Lock Upp which streamed on ALTBalaji and MX Player. He is currently hosting the kids dance reality show Dance Deewane Juniors on Colors TV.
