Abhishek Bachchan released the official trailer of the show on his Instagram and wrote, “The game of shadows has just begun...#BreatheIntoTheShadows, trailer out now.” Kabir warns everyone that Avinash/J "is returning" in the trailer's opening seconds. But this time, it's clear that a young man is manipulating the sociopath. Abha admits to the police that Avinash even visited her. A troubled Avinash complains that he can't distinguish between himself and his bad alter-ego any longer as the writing on the screen reads, "The enigma goes deeper, the shadows get darker."
The trailer is intriguing, offers a lot of suspense, and piques interest in the upcoming season. The series will debut on November 9 and is created by Mayank Sharma. A spinoff of the original series Breathe is called Breath: Into the Shadows. In the show, R Madhavan played a suspected murderer while Amit Sadh played the same cop character playing cat and mouse with him. While Breathe: Into the Shadows debuted in 2020, the first Breathe episode aired in 2018.
