The Freelancer Twitter Review: Fans Give MIXED Responses To The Show, Calling It ‘Bland’ Or ‘A Must Watch’ (View Post)

There seems to be an increase of helpless Indian ladies who are anxious to escape the grasp of obscene ISIS-like individuals. However, there also seems to be a focus on stereotypical depictions of terrorist organizations as world-conquering forces. Mohit Raina, Anupam Kher, Kashmira Pardeshi, Sushant Singh, Ayesha Raza Mishra, and Manjari Fadnis are among the cast members of the Bhav Dhulia-directed television series. Let's hear what the thriller series' followers have to say.

We eagerly awaited the thrills in this series, which features a star-studded ensemble that includes Anupam Kher, Mohit Raina, and Sushant Singh. But the narrative lacks tension and grows tiresome to watch. The series received a mixed response from the audience.

Avinash Kamath, who has been forced to go off the grid and become a mercenary for hire, is the main character of Neeraj Pandey's story, which is based on Shirish Thorat's- ‘A Ticket to Syria: A Story About ISIS in the Maldives’. When he's not busy conducting risky operations in volatile international hotspots or taking care of his frail wife, he is driven back to Mumbai by the tragic passing of a close friend and old coworker Inayat Khan. Khan's daughter Aliya (Kashmira Pardeshi) has been abducted by her husband and his family and radicalized before you can blink by, yes, a hijab-clad harpy who blows fire and brimstone at 'na-paak' Musalmaans who wear western clothing and makeup.
