Ever since the teaser was made public last year, ‘Adipurush’ has become mired in controversy. The film starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Saif Ali Khan in lead roles has received criticism for things like bad VFX, tapori language and subpar characterization. The dialogue for ‘Adipurush’, which Om Raut directed, was written by Manoj Muntashir.

Manoj has received criticism and has been the subject of internet memes. His remarks regarding the movie and other topics support it. There have apparently been threats against Manoj's life. Consequently, he has received police protection. Additionally, it is now claimed that Om Raut has received police protection.

For many months now, the ‘Adipurush’ controversy has been making headlines in the entertainment sector. Police security has been given to dialogue writer Manoj Muntashir because he has been receiving threats against his life. And according to the most recent news, Om Raut has also been given protection. According to a source, Om Raut has also been seen with four constables and one armed police officer.

The report does not make it clear, though, whether the director asked the police to offer protection or whether the officers did so on their own initiative. It's possible that the filmmaker has also received threats because of how much the continuing controversies have escalated.

However, the national chief of the Kshatriya Karni Sena allegedly threatened to kill the director, according to a report.

When Manoj Muntashir received criticism for the dialogue, the lyricist and writer defended it, claiming that the line was written in a way that young people would not find it difficult to understand. The author promised to modify the five dialogues that the critics considered offensive. In addition, he referred to Hanuman as a bhakt rather than a god, which heightened the indignation.

The makers of Adipurush have already replaced the offensive dialogue, and the film is currently playing in theatres. Adipurush's business has also been impacted. Since Monday, business has been rapidly declining.
