Accompanied by his family, including his sister, niece, and son Aarav, the Bollywood superstar was joined by cricketer Shikhar Dhawan and his family for this spiritual journey. The day began with the duo performing the bhasma aarti of Lord Mahakal during the early morning hours.
The group, consisting of Akshay Kumar and Shikhar Dhawan's families, arrived directly at the temple from Indore airport. Following the auspicious bhasma aarti, they proceeded to Shri Mahakal Lok.
Akshay Kumar, addressing the media, expressed his hope for the continued growth of the country and emphasized the importance of Baba's blessings. Shikhar Dhawan also expressed gratitude for the divine call and received blessings at the temple. When asked about the upcoming World Cup, Akshay humorously downplayed the importance of such wishes, suggesting that victory was already destined. He stressed that one should aspire for progress and development for the nation, seeking the blessings of Mahakal for the same.
