Akshay Kumar lends his voice to the trailer of Ganesh Acharya’s Dehati Disco
Superstar Akshay Kumar and National Award-winning choreographer Ganesh Acharya, who is lovingly called Masterji, have delivered hundreds of memorable songs together. Be it “Bala Bala” from Housefull 4 (2019) or “Bam Bholle” from Laxmii (2020), the two have always created magic on celluloid with their passion.
We all know that Kumar shares a great bond with Acharya and he is always there to support him and his work. The superstar has now lent his voice to the trailer of the choreographer’s upcoming film Dehati Disco.
Talking about his bond with Kumar, Acharya said, “Akshay is a dear friend of mine. When he came to know that I am making a film based on dance, he wanted to support the film in every way. Akshay has always been like a tower of strength for me since the early days of my career. He never fails to surprise me. I feel delighted to have someone like Akshay Kumar besides me, supporting everything that I do.”
Helmed by Manoj Sharma, Dehati Disco stars Ganesh Acharya, Ravi Kishan and Super Dance - Chapter 3 finalist Saksham Sharma in important roles. The film is bankrolled by Vaseem Qureshi, Gitesh Chandrakar and Kamal Kishor Mishra. It is set for its theatrical bow on May 27, 2022.
