Since they had both been on Kapil Sharma's show alongside their guru, Karan Johar, Varun requests that Alia refrain from speaking until she has thought things through. In response to the actor asking her to correct herself, Alia admits that she was mistaken and says, "It's a family show; don't think anything haywire," but the massage she was referring to was a face massage. Varun then asks her, "Why do you talk? It's best if you don't say anything because if you do, you'll cry and ask me why people would write such negative things about me.”
