Anil Kapoor shares a video of his workout and reveals his fitness mantra

Anil Kapoor not only aces in acting but he’s ahead of everyone when it comes to fitness. In the latest Instagram video, the 65-year-old actor shared with his fans his fitness routine and said that he gets a proper seven hours of sleep, to begin with. He shared he plays darts to keep his concentration and focus in check at the beginning of the day. The video’s caption read, “The grind that comes before lights, camera, and action.”
The actor spoke about fitness in the video saying, “For me, fitness is feeling good about myself. I try to balance it with my workouts. It is important for me to be fit enough to face the camera. My trainer Mark makes a plan for me, and I do exactly what he tells me to do.”
The Welcome actor further added, “I think diet is more important sometimes than working out. Food is not for taste but it’s for you to build your strength and stamina. You consume as much as you need for your body as well as for your mental and physical strength.”
Apart from his recent release, Anil will appear in Siddharth Anand's film Fighter, which also stars Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan. Along with Ranbir Kapoor, he has Animal. The actor is anticipated to play the lead role in No Entry's sequel. The Hindi version of the British spy thriller series The Night Manager, which also stars Aditya Roy Kapur and Sobhita Dhulipala, is one of his other upcoming endeavors.
