Anushka Sharma Roots For Virat Kohli And Team India After Magnificent Win Against Australia In World Cup 2023

Team India managed to get an absolute dream start in the first innings of their first match of the 2023 World Cup. While Australia did not lose early wickets, Rohit Sharma and team managed to restrict their total. Trouble began in second innings when team India lost three wickets early on but once again, middle order players Virat Kohli and KL Rahul came to the rescue and helped us chase the 199 total comfortably. And as one would have it, their better halves, Anushka Sharma and Athiya Shetty were both rooting for them.

Only a few hours ago, Anushka shared the score of the match from last night on her social media and used a blue heart emoji with it. While she did not post anything specific for Virat, who managed to make a remarkable 85 runs, we know that she’s always supporting him and with him.

Meanwhile, yesterday, KL Rahul’s wife and actress Athiya Shetty too, was elated about the team’s win and was all praise for KL as well. She shared the final shot of KL Rahul hitting the winning six on her stories and along with the post, she wrote, “Best guy ever” along with a red heart emoji.

And as one would’ve expected, everyone’s been celebrating the win with posts appreciating the duo.

Riteish Deshmukh also celebrated India’s win. On the work front, Anushka is gearing up for her Netflix film. Chalda ‘Xpress, and has wrapped up shoot for the same. Virat and Anushka, meanwhile, have also been in the news over reports suggesting that they are expecting their second baby, but there’s no confirmation on the same, just yet!
