Ranveer Singh is currently basking in the success of Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. But this is not it! The actor is rumoured to be featured in the coveted Indian superhero movie, Shaktimaan, and for the movie he might join hands with director Basil Joseph. Well, it is not us saying that, but Tovino Thomas has hinted the same in his Instagram live session.
Last year when Mukesh Khanna announced the possibility of a superhero movie based on Shaktimaan avatar, Sony entertainment was the one taking the project and confirming the same. But now, Tovino Thomas has hinted that Ranveer Singh might be the one to collaborate with director Basil Joseph.
In his latest Instagram live session, Tovino talked mostly about his film '2018' that emerged to become India's official entry for the Oscars. While he was engaged in conversation, Ranveer Singh commented, 'Love from Mumbai', after which Tovino started talking about how he was engaged in a conversation with director Basil Joseph about Ranveer Singh and how he is going to have a good time while working with him.
Without revealing the project's name, Tovino shared that the film is all set to go on floors very soon. After which Ranveer commented, "Who here wants Tovino x Ranveer?" he wrote in the live. He further commented, "Wish I can perform alongside you someday. Would be amazing!"
