Jawan: Shah Rukh Khan Gets PRAISED For His Looks In Faraatta, Says ‘My Team Forced Me…’ (View Post)

Shah Rukh Khan, the Bollywood superstar, recovered his throne after a four-year absence with two back-to-back mega-blockbusters in 2023. ‘Pathaan’, a spy thriller released in January of this year, marked King Khan's triumphant return to the big screen. It was followed by the current smash ‘Jawan’, a mass entertainment that was released on Friday, September 7.

Shah Rukh Khan recently had a hilarious Twitter engagement with his fans and, as usual, conquered the internet with his clever responses and unrivalled wisdom. As he addressed a fan's question at the #ASKSRK session, the superstar disclosed his thoughts on his ‘Jawan’ styling.

As you may know, King Khan captured the hearts of viewers with his astounding double performance in the Atlee flick, which is currently poised to become one of Hindi cinema's all-time highest-grossing films. In ‘Jawan’, Shah Rukh Khan portrayed Captain Vikram Rathore and his son, Azad Rathore IPS. Despite the fact that the actor thrilled his fans with both of his looks in the film, his portrayal of Vikram Rathore undoubtedly won.

During the #ASKSRK session on Twitter on Friday evening, a fan praised Shah Rukh Khan's appearance in the ‘Faraatta’ song sequence, writing, "Give a raise to the person who styled you in #Faraatta #ASKSRK." In his response to the fan, Shah Rukh Khan mentioned his styling crew, writing, "Ok, will give Shaleena, Pooja, and their team a gift." They forced me to wear these colours, #Jawan."

About ‘Jawan’:

The film marked the debuts of acclaimed Tamil filmmaker Atlee, south superstar Nayanthara, and prominent young musician Anirudh Ravichander in Bollywood. In the film, Nayanthara plays Narmada Rai IPS, a tough cop and Azad's lady love.

Deepika Padukone, on the other hand, made a special cameo as Aishwarya, Vikram's wife and Azad's mother. The film is produced by Shah Rukh Khan's home banner, Red Chillies Entertainment, and stars Vijay Sethupathi as the major antagonist, Kaalie Gaekwad.
