Superstar Sanjay Dutt currently has multiple films in his hand. One of his most-awaited films, however, is KGF: Chapter 2. Fans were overjoyed when the news emerged that the Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. (2003) star was onboard to play the lead antagonist in the hugely anticipated sequel to KGF: Chapter 1. And when the makers unveiled his menacing first-look, it took fans’ excitement to a whole new level.
KGF: Chapter 2, helmed by Prashanth Neel, features Dutta in the role of the antagonist, Adheera. He will be seen locking horns with Kannada superstar Yash in the upcoming film. In addition to Dutt and Yash, the high-profile film also features Srinidhi Shetty, Raveena Tandon, and Prakash Raj in important roles. The makers are set to drop its trailer on March 27, 2022.
As per reports, Sanjay Dutt has supposedly charged a whopping amount to play Adheera in KGF: Chapter 2. The makers have reportedly paid him a staggering amount of ₹9 crores for his role. Yes, you heard this right!
The period-drama is set to hit theatres on April 14, 2022, in Kannada along with the dubbed versions of Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam languages.
