Raksha Bandhan: Akshay Kumar releases the new song Dhaagon Se Baandhaa that will take you on an emotional ride
Ensuring that his run of flicks on the big screen is continued, superstar Akshay Kumar is back with his new film. The family drama, directed by Aanand L Rai and starring Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar, is named Raksha Bandhan. Akshay Kumar debuted a brand-new song from his upcoming movie Raksha Bandhan on Thursday. The song, Dhaagon Se Baandhaa, depicts Akshay Kumar's feelings as his sister marries. Additionally, it provides insight into Akshay's upbringing and relationships with his sisters.
Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal perform the song Dhaagon Se Baandhaa. Irshad Kamil wrote the lyrics, and Himesh Reshammiya composed the music. The song opens with Akshay's sister's wedding, an emotional occasion for the family, with flashbacks from their childhood. It demonstrates Akshay making an effort to satisfy his sisters. Their Raksha Bandhan ceremony is also depicted.
Following Bachchhan Paandey and Samrat Prithviraj, Raksha Bandhan is Akshay's third release of the year. It is scheduled to compete with the eagerly awaited Laal Singh Chaddha, starring Aamir Khan and also starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Mona Singh, and Naga Chaitanya.
