Ranveer Singh, a Bollywood star known for hits like 'Simmba,' is said to have bought a house in Mumbai. Ranveer is said to have sold two high-end flats on the 43rd floor of the Oberoi Exquisite in Goregaon East after the success of his most recent movie, 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani'.

Ranveer Singh's Luxury Apartments Sale:
A report from Moneycontrol says that the two properties, which are each 1,324 square feet and have six parking spots, were sold for an amazing Rs. 15.25 crore. The deal was completed on November 6, and the actor got 45.75 lakh in stamp duty for each flat. The client, in particular, comes from the same neighborhood. Ranveer Singh bought a 119 crore quadplex in Bandra West just last year, which led to this real estate move.

Karan Johar's most recent movie, the romantic thriller 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani,' starring Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi, was praised by critics and did well at the box office. His future projects include Farhan Akhtar's 'Don 3', which is based on the book of the same name by Farhan Akhtar and directed by Rohit Shetty. He will also play his Simba role in 'Singham Again.'
