Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani: Alia Bhatt Shares A Sneak Peek From Her New Song ‘What Jhumka’! (Watch Video)
After the success of their first song, the makers of the Alia Bhatt-Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani’ have dropped the promo of the next song.

One of the most eagerly anticipated films of the year is Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The movie starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt sees Karan Johar back in the director's chair, and moviegoers have great hopes for it. On Wednesday, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt will unveil ‘What Jhumka’, the second single from their forthcoming movie ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.’
The song's promo teases a dance routine modelled by Asha Bhosle's popular song Jhoomka Gira Re. It is obvious that this one will have everything that filmmaker Karan Johar is known for, including lavish sets, an excess of background dancers, and memorable songs.
The teaser has Ranveer wooing Alia Bhatt, who is dressed in a multicoloured chiffon saree with a sleeveless top, bindi, nosering, and of course, jhumkas (earrings), while wearing a denim jacket with stars on it and a matching jacket.
Dropping the teaser, Ranveer wrote, “Rani’s Jhumka is falling……and I am falling for Her!!! #WhatJhumka, song out tomorrow!”

The movie, which also features Shabana Azmi, Jaya Bachchan, and Dharmendra, will be released in theatres on July 28. Recently, the first song from the movie, Tum Kya Mile, was released and quickly proved popular with the public. Ranveer and Alia are romantically shown in the song as they are in the beautiful Kashmir.
The movie's trailer debuted Alia as Rani Chatterjee with Shabana Azmi as her grandma and Ranveer as Rocky Randhawa with Dharmendra and Jaya Bachchan among his family members. They are depicted as having quite different upbringings, with Ranveer coming off as a wealthy man who is completely unaware that West Bengal is actually in the east rather than the west. It is made clear that Alia is from a Bengali family that places a high importance on education and intelligence. To impress them, they plan to live with each other's families.
