Shahid Kapoor OPENS UP On Not Liking Himself In ‘Padmaavat’ Alongside Deepika Padukone And Ranveer Singh; Here’s What He Said!

Shahid Kapoor was asked if he could go back in time and recreate any character from any movie in which he appeared while speaking to an entertainment news website online. Shahid initially says he would be eager to try the most of them. Shahid, though, mentions Padmaavat when prompted. Shahid continues by saying he didn't like himself. Shahid Kapoor says, "I was too uptight," He admits that he did not express other facets of his personality and became mired in another mental state. The actor admits that he is being open, and while some viewers may have enjoyed it, he could have acted it out differently. As Maharawal Ratan Singh in Deepika Padukone's Padmaavati, Shahid Kapoor performed.
In the same interview, Shahid discusses how, around the age of 33 to 34, he experienced loneliness and yearned for a partner. He remembers returning home with his dog as the only recipient of prizes. That life did not appeal to him. He was content, single, and succeeding professionally, but he also felt lonely. He desired a friend, which is how he ended up in an arranged union with Mira Rajput. What a wonderful confession, and what a brave one that was.

On the professional front, he is now working on ‘Bloody Daddy’, which will be released on June 9. The actor makes his debut in an action movie opposite Ronit Roy, Sanjay Kapoor, and others. Jio Cinemas is hosting the release of ‘Bloody Daddy’. Additionally, he is developing an untitled movie with Kriti Sanon. In ‘Jersey’, he was last saw standing next to Mrunal Thakur.
