When Shah Rukh Khan Was Asked To Comment On ‘ Ranbir Kapoor Will Be The Next SRK’; Here’s How The King Of Bollywood REACTED! (Watch Video)

We were able to get our hands on a video that showcased the Pathaan actor's charm and wit. When King Khan was questioned about popularity and how paradigms move when a new star emerges, he was at an event with Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai and declared he would be the heir to the throne. The video was shot many years ago, when Ranbir Kapoor had just begun his career.

The Pathaan actor and Amitabh Bachchan heard this at the NDTV Awards: “When Shah Rukh came, everybody said that he is the next Amitabh Bachchan. Now when Ranbir Kapoor has arrived, everybody is saying he is the next Shah Rukh Khan. How do icons like you, like Shah Rukh, deal with such comparison?”

Big B was perplexed by the inquiry and said, “I don’t know how they deal with it, I don’t deal with it at all.”

SRK responded with a joke, "I’ll tell you how I deal with it and came forward, and bowed down to Mr. Bachchan. His wit, however, did not stop there. He continued, "Sir Ranbir ko bata dijiyega kaise deal karna hai!" as he turned to face Rishi and Neetu Kapoor, who were seated in the front row. The audience burst out laughing at this.

On the Instagram page srkssamina, the actor's fan club posted the video, and people had a field day responding to it.

In numerous interviews, Shah Rukh Khan has acknowledged that he is the last of the celebrities.
